Walk and inspect all roof areas, including drains, gutters, and sheet metal flashings.
Clean out drains and inspect all drain components. Tighten drain bolts if necessary.
Remove all small debris from the roof.
Address any minor deficiencies found in flashings around roof penetrations and parapet walls.
Fix any deficiencies detected in the field membrane.
Reseal all pitch pans.
Check all mechanical equipment on the roof and report any issues to the owner.
Provide photographs of all repairs and any other areas of concern outlined in this agreement.
